Quality you would expect out of Phillips!
Really great cordless and holds charge for a long time.

Travel case would not close.
Update I received the replacement from Sonicare after 3 weeks and it works fine. Toothbrush was ok but the travel case would not close, which made it worthless as a travel toothbrush. I reached out to sonicare customer service and they promised to send a replacement, but 2 1/2 weeks later I still have not received. I will be returning to Amazon.

Love this so much more than I thought I would
I was looking for a USB charging electric toothbrush to eliminate the toothbrush charger on the counter. When I first got this one I turned it on and the vibration tickled my hand so much I didn't think I could use it. But within days I was totally used to it and I've had it now for a month and haven't needed to charge it yet, other than the initial charge. I'm so happy with this purchase. My teeth feel clean too! I think the cleanliness is comparable to the Oral B, but overall this one is easier, less bulky and looks nicer. Would recommend!

Terrible charger option and travel case
Would give 0 stars if I could. It comes with a USB to custom charging cable so you’ll have to keep track of yet another charging cable. If you lose it, I guess you’ll have to buy an extra charger. Aside from the charger, the “travel case” is awful. Mine wouldn’t snap close the second I opened the package so now it just remains unlocked and open. So this isn’t a great travel toothbrush. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Good traveller with a couple of flaws
This, the cheapest of the Phillips line of electric toothbrushes, seems to work very well. It has the timer to remind you to move on to the next quadrant in your mouth. If you pay attention to that, it makes sure you spend 30 seconds on each of both sides, upper and lower. It has no extra settings or bells and whistles but I have no problem with that. It does have two main flaws that I cannot forgive. One is the nice case they provide for storage will not stay closed. It looks like it should but the two tabs on the cover will not lock in to the two slots they are supposed to fit into. I have to hold it closed with a rubber band. I wonder if they even tried it themselves to confirm that it works. This is a design flaw. The second flaw is that the cord for charging the unit has a USB connector on one end for plugging into any USB outlet but the toothbrush end has only a double socket to fit over two pins in the end of the toothbrush! The toothbrush end looks like a wire for plugging into a kitchen appliance. If you lose that wire you cannot charge the toothbrush. Why in hell did they not put a USB connection on the toothbrush so you could use an ordinary USB wire and not have to keep up with the one they provide? If you buy the Sonicare One that uses replaceable batteries you would not have that problem but you might still have a case that won't stay closed. I would consider returning it but I don't think anyone wants a used toothbrush- IMHO

I prefer this to my $400 Oral-B iO AI-powered smart sonic brush
I have the $400 Oral-B AI brush, worked in a dental office and got a crazy good deal on it. I've had probably a couple hundred brushes with my parents and myself working in a dental office. I've tried them all. This is a bit too thin of a brush, but is very gentle and has enough of a vibration to remove plaque. It's cheap enough that I don't care - I'll bring it anywhere and am not worried about it breaking, although it can easily be set off. There's nothing wrong with a soft bristle 'normal' toothbrush, but if you're looking for an upgrade, I'd place this and the $400 brush on the exact same level. As a bonus, it looks nice and modern which seems to be a trend - fashionable toothbrushes. Being small, it fits nearly anywhere. I haven't had to change the batteries now that I think of it... I don't even remember if it's rechargeable or battery powered, it's just worked flawlessly as my 'work' brush for about a year now. Would definitely recommend.

Great buy!
I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he LOVES it! It’s super quiet and I love that it times how long you need to brush on each side. It’s very pretty too and the travel case has been great! He’s only had it a couple of weeks so I’m not sure how durable it will be. It’s a wonderful product for the price!

It's not bad, but definitely not what I expected. It just vibrates... And the travel case came broken, even after getting replacement from Phillips it also is broken/defective.... It won't stay closed

The piece that is supposed to protect the tooth brush head does not stay in place. Battery is good. The price is a bit steep for the product in my opinion.
