WOW!!!! My boyfriend and I are obsessed with the Egyptian Era and I purchased him this statue as a gift. I read all the reviews, which all were 5 stars.. and they all couldn't of been more accurate! The detail on this piece is INCREDIBLE! This is worth the money and to be honest, I'm surprised its not more $! It looks handmade, hand painted, extreme attention to detail, and its heavy and is definitely a high quality piece! I used a flash on a couple pictures, the rest(not flash)This statue looks better in person if you can even believe that!!!! I love this company and I purchased a couple more Egyptian Gods which came in the next day and I couldn't be more happier! I am OVERLY SATISFIED with my purchase! We are starting a collection. If you purchase this piece, you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Anpu (Anubis) is the son of the Ancient Egyptian God Osiris who is known as 'The God of The Dead'.His role was later replaced by Osiris himself and Anpu demoted to weighing of the hearts of the deceased and a guide towards knowledge of truth (Maat) and the guardian of souls in the neterworld and underworld.This statue has awesome details with colors that are wonderful without being too bright to take away from the splendor of the deep metallic look.A heavy and solid feeling piece that is the centerpiece of my altar.I received this statue of Anpu as a birthday gift and couldn't possibly be happier. :-)

Above all expectations.Absolutely mint condition.I was worried that the transport will damage any pointy or fragile bits (like the staff) but the statue was carefully packaged so it is 100% intact.The build quality is perfect down to every detail. It looks like it was hand made and carefully/skillfully painted.The statues are solid and heavy, which is great.The colours are warmer then in the attached picture.

Its a great piece I was very satisfied until I noticed the septer cane missing. It didn't come with it so I was a but upset because its bit complete.
