If i leave this on my land can I get the temperature via this device 75 miles away? If this won't, what device will? Please help.

You need a PWS personal weather station like a Bloomsky or other models that will connect to a wifi connection and then you can use an app on your smart phone to monitor conditions when you are away. I have a Bloomsky Sky2 and a Storm rain collector/wind meter. I get real time conditions anytime I want.

How much data can this product store, without the option link communication? is the communication link is an additional cost?

I’ve had mine storing data ever 12 hours for 2 months and it’s tegistering 0 memory used! It holds a ton of data!
