Poor battery life
Latest update - May 2024: A few keys fell from the keyboard. I contacted Lenovo support, who said it was intentional damage that was not covered by the warranty. Why on earth would someone remove the keys intentionally? Review- Feb 2024: Pros: 1. Good screen size. 2. Camera Lock Cons: 1. Poor battery life 2. Poor graphics; sometimes, the screen becomes black. 3. I contacted Lenovo support; after checking the battery log, they said this is normal with this model. After upgrading to premium support, they are now replacing the battery for the same. Verdict: Not recommended due to poor battery life.
