Mine arrived with the spigot needing to be assembled & installed. I managed that with my size 8 woman's hands with no problem & there have been no leaks. After reading reviews & seeing that a corner broke off of a reviewer's jar, I thought it prudent to protect the end close to the spigot. So, I purchased #64 1/4-inch-wide rubber bands, 6 of which did the job nicely as you can see. To drink my 64oz H₂O water daily, I intend to use the jar on the ledge of the half wall between my kitchen & living room near my desk, but I've been using it at the sink for starters to see how it goes since some reviewers had problems with their jars.The instructions call for loosening the top a bit for the liquid to flow more easily, but I found that unnecessary. I found it impossible, though, to close the spout without having the jar move, allowing water to run onto the counter instead. Four clear self-adhesive round rubber cabinet door bumpers—one at each corner of the jar's base—would have enabled the jar to grip the countertop had there not been tiny, raised bumps in the glass there. What worked instead was using 4 pieces—one under each corner which fully covers the bottom—of the flat part of the sheet those bumpers are made on, the part that one ordinarily throws away after the bumpers have been removed. Since that part is also self-adhesive, they stayed affixed to the bottom & the jar no longer moves when I shut off the flow.I still need to come up with a way to keep the jar from toppling over once I place it on the ledge because my home is now home to a quite active recently turned 2-years-old cat who is looking for more things to get into as I compose this review. As another reviewer mentioned, it would be nice if the jar had an accessory base because in order to fit a glass or mug under the spigot it must be placed on the edge of a counter or table.So far, I do like the jar enough that a 2nd one was delivered today. I hope they last!Update_2025-02-09: Without more pieces of the bumpers' background to place on its bottom, jar #2 was more difficult to deal with. The remedy this time is one-quarter of a clear, round unbelievably tacky pad cut into quarters. (Note that although they hold the jar in place, they will make the jar difficult to remove from the counter) So, it's necessary to now add a clear rubber door bumper per corner ON TOP OF each sticky pad. The sticky pads cover the texturized bottom & the rubbery door bumpers prevent the sticky pads from sticking to the table or countertop while allowing the jars to remain in place when the spigot is used.

Very well made and very classy look. I've purchased multiple bottles now. I line them up for parties and put red hibiscus tea, lemonade, watermelon juice, Horchata, etc. inside. They even come with small labels and chalk so you can label what's in it. The best part is that I have not found them to leak so far. Highly recommend.

Used for a party and worked very well, no leaks. Came with instructions, filters, tool to remove spouts, chalkboard labels and chalk. Overall great value.

I like the size...I like the quality....my husband put the spigot on for me....it looks pretty in my frig and it is helping me to drink more water....I like that I can contact customer service of the company if I feel the need...it was packaged well and got her safely ....I put my filtered water in the unit........feeling optimistic about the plan thanks to this product and quality.

I was looking for a non-plastic, glass-only sink container. This one fits perfectly on the bathroom sink with the spout over the sink. Spout opens and closes easily with good flow. Be careful to ensure the spout is fully closed, otherwise the water will leak out into the sink. Only complaint is that one of the two I ordered has the logo on a non-spout side. However, that's okay with me. It helps me distinguish "hers" from "his".

The hole through the glass for the spout was poorly made. Whatever method they used to cut the hole caused the glass to chip away from the inside edge of the hole, leaving an uneven surface. The bore hole has tiny bumps and ridges where it looks like glass could flake off (see pics). It seems likely that the uneven surface inside the jar will make it harder to get a good seal around the spout hole. I didn't find broken glass shards inside the water jar. Unless I do something to smooth the glass there, I would have to hope that the seals would contain any future glass chips that came loose. At least the spout has a screen filter, but who even wants to think about the possibility of glass shards in a beverage jar?I see that others have previously posted comments and pics about this QC/QA issue. I see no improvement. 3 Stars off.The "flexible" seal on the glass lid is made from pretty stiff material. It feels like plastic rather than silicone. For the lid that came with this unit, the lip of this material that is supposed to seal against the glass is warped and bent in different ways around its perimeter (see pics). Even if I could heat-reform it, the design doesn't seem to be watertight; it's only there to hold the top on and keep the two glass parts from rattling against each other. 1 Star off.Unfortunately, this is the only product I found here where the form of the jar is almost exactly what I need for my specific use. I haven't yet decided whether to return it and try again.
