so I am beginner in aquarium, and recently I had a crash in a cycle, which resulted in not good moods, this gadget, helps you to understands, how much and which color of lighting your plants and water needs for perfect thriving. easy to read results and improve quality on fish life with less guessing, helps for plants to receive needed lights so they could be healthy too. easy to understand reading.

VBR-Aqua PAR metre for aquarium
So the description states this is a:- VBR-Aqua PAR metre for aquarium R,G,B PAR separately. Who knew we needed to know so much to keep fish. “PAR is what is use to gauge the amount of light going into our tanks that is actually usable by our corals”. With the help from others and now this machine we are able to check the lights separately and receiving enough light for healthy growth and development. The price at the time of this review is £209. As I said we are still learning. Le VBR-Aqua PAR Mètre est un outil bien pratique pour maîtriser l'art de l'éclairage de notre aquarium. Avant son utilisation, je ne pouvais pas connaître le ratio idéal rouge/bleu pour la croissance des plantes. Cet appareil m'a permis de le mesurer et de l'ajuster finement, favorisant ainsi des conditions optimales. Facile à utiliser, il suffit de placer le capteur étanche sous l'eau et de lire les valeurs PAR sur l'écran LCD. Son manche télescopique permet d'accéder à tous les recoins de l'aquarium. J'apprécie également sa fonction d'enregistrement des données, qui me permet de suivre l'évolution de l'éclairage au fil du temps. Polyvalent, le VBR-Aqua PAR Mètre peut être utilisé aussi bien en eau douce qu'en eau marine. Malgré un léger défaut - le manche télescopique se remplit d'eau - cet outil reste un investissement judicieux. Je le recommande donc à tous les aquariophiles soucieux d'offrir à leurs plantes un éclairage adapté à leurs besoins.

セットアップなどは必要なく箱から出してすぐに使えます。表示は英語（説明書は日本語）で日本語化はできませんが、設定はバックライトの明るさ(0-10)と時間の設定、初期化、ソフトウェアバージョンの確認だけなので特に日本語でなくても不自由は感じませんでした。 電源は単4電池（付属）または付属USBケーブルを使ってモバイルバッテリー、付属の充電器を使ってのコンセントからの給電と3種類です。 センサーは防水で水中でも使用可能なのでサンゴの真上で測定できます。センサーに取り付ける専用のスティックも付いていて28cm〜90cmくらいまで好きな長さに伸縮するので水中でも手を濡らさず測定できますが、スティック内部は空洞なので水中で伸縮させたり、取り出した時は水が滴り落ちるので注意が必要です。 測定はリアルタイムで結果を４つのリスト（１つのリストは100個箇所まで）にワンボタンで保存できるので水槽内のさまざまな場所を1人で連続で測定できるのでかなり使いやすいと感じました。

This is a well made and packaged piece of equipment. I found it easy to use and great for the price. Let’s be honest the reef hobby is so expensive. This is the best budget PAR meter I’ve seen so far (according to others) so I bought it. I have been very happy with it. Will update with any issues but at this price it seems perfect.
