This is an inexpensive brush and comb set and the quality is cheap. The bristles on the brush are just a bit too soft, they should be a bit stiffer to really work well, and the brush itself is a little bigger than it has to be. The comb is virtually worthless, way too thick to get through my beard using either side of it and no good on my short hair. This is a cheap, made in China product, but I don't even feel it's worth the $3.99 it's currently priced at. I'll just throw the comb away.

The brush is great, more for my hair than for my beard. On the beard it's good for massaging the skin under the beard to give it some stimulation and prevent buildup of exfoliated skin and other debris. The same goes for my scalp, which doesn't get enough stimulation from a comb. So A+ for the brush. The comb is a different story: the fine tooth side isn't fine enough and the coarse tooth side is probably only good for beards bushier than I have encountered. The logo shown on the box, when I went back to the Amazon page, is clearly the profile of a bearded man; the symbol on the box as sent out is totally different, more like a twisted blade of wheat. The logos on the comb and brush make sense now that I know it's a bearded man, but it still looks more like a disintegrating skeleton or the outline of an island country. I'll gladly use the brush and literally scratch my head about the comb.
