My wife has Alzheimer's, this lions mane mushroom really helps curb the Alzheimer's. It helps to clear up brain fog. it gives her a little more clear thinking. It's wonderful stuff.

Definitely helps with mental clarity & verbal fluidity. I take 3g a day (morning, lunch, before bed.) and definitely notice a difference. Highly recommended.

At first I didn't think that it would work so I didn't use it. Until months later I was really tired of not being able to focus so I can study well and I was already tired. I knew I had an exam coming up and needed to continue studying but needed to focus as well so I can get more done and not waste anymore time. I decided to take 1 of these pills and I didn't even realize it at first that I was very focused and able to sit still and concentrate on memorizing and learning the new concepts. I worked well that night. I don't use it every day. I use it when I need to focus and can't. Especially around exam time. I'm a medical student and I have to sit in class for long ours and a home studying for the rest of the hours in the day. Therefore my mind and body gets tired and it become difficult to keep forcing my mind to pay attention and retain information and sit for such long hours. I get antsy after a while. But this pill worked. I do recommend it. Other medical students that I know of are also using this. In fact I learned about it through them.
