5’8, 150lbs postpartum. Got a size M. It’s tight & feels good. Makes me sweat. I wear this is the sauna too and really helps the belly sweat. I like this product a lot.

I was skeptical about this, but I am actually very impressed. It fits perfectly, doesn't move around yet is flexible enough for comfort. I got a size LG and and I'm 5'3 140lbs for reference. I got the blue one. I would recommend!

This item is amazing. It snug everything together great. Wearing all day helps a lot. It’s like working out just by wearing it on normal day. I have been wearing around the hose when clean cooking and doing laundry. The one thing I will suggest in my opinion is if you like it to fit just perfect then get the size it’s recommended. But if you’re like me then order a size smaller so it can tighten and help so much more an originally a size medium but decided to take a chance and get a small. Best decision ever.I love it.

It came fast and on time, It really hugs the shape and have a lot of isolation for sweat but breathable, only things is i probably should’ve ordered A size up I ordered a Large

This waist trainer is very good quality it has adjustable snaps on inside the has a zipper on outside... It has excellent hold of the torso and it's great for workouts.

I liked the idea of being able to use this when rearranging furniture and doing major fall and spring cleaning to help to remind me to not injure myself. Unfortunately it is far too long for a short-waisted person, it goes from under my bra line all the way down to the top of my thighs. The eye hooks and zipper are strong as is the Velcro and strapping. This should work better for someone who has a long torso.
