The other two even though have the same effectiveness and results, I found the taste not as per my liking. Coming to the protein powder, the whole truth has this amazing formula which doesn't cause any bloating, heaviness, or any other side effects of any kind. It mixes easily and you don't necessarily need a shaker for that. If you find your comfort flavour, then it is an amazing post workout drink. This brand has the cleanest ingredients and this the mental stress (which I tend to get after reading labels) is completely gone! 💜
