I'm giving this case an easy and well-deserved five stars, for two reasons: one is certainly the quality of the case. It's stylish, and very well designed and functional. It does a great job of protecting your iPad--this is the third one I've bought, I had two for my 6th Generation iPad (the first one basically wore out after about 4.5 years of heavy use & carrying around, but I was so happy with it I replaced it with another), and as soon as I got my 10th Gen iPad, I ordered one of these. Here's the second reason: superb customer support. I bought this one when Amazon had it on sale, and didn't realize--no indication was given--that it would be fulfilled by a third party seller, not Zugu, and they sent me the wrong case. I didn't become aware of the seller switch until I'd opened a service ticket with Zugu. Once we figured out the problem--the rep was super responsive and helpful--I got a new case ordered from Zugu's page directly, and even though it was not at all their fault, they gave me a 10% discount on the new case, which fits perfectly. Because of its durability, usefulness, great value for money, and super backing of their product, I'm always going to look to Zugu first when I need a case for an electronic device. Brilliant!

OH MY GOODNESS! What a difference between this wonderful, solid, sturdy and FUNCTIONAL case, versus the two that I returned to Amazon this week. This one was worth the wait. This case is the bomb! My husband immediately ordered one to replace his lame case that doesn't maintain it's stand position and flip flops around. I think the value for the money is excellent and although I'm not going to test out its duribility by dropping my ipad (it IS new...), I feel like the ipad is securely protected. The case cutouts are spot on for all the buttons, ports, camera, etc. Uncomplicated, basic, and WORKS!

This is hands down the best case for an iPad that you can get. It's built really well and fits perfectly. I especially love the magnetic stand with 8 adjustable mounting slots which ensure the iPad is secured at whatever angle you need. And when you have the stand out, there are cooling vents uncovered which is a nice touch. You can tell that Zugu really cares about what customers want because they have put a lot of thought into the design of this case and I'm sure it will last me a long time. I only wish they made a keyboard case for those who need them because I would buy it without hesitation. But for now I'm OK with using the iPad on screen keyboard. Overall this is a great product and I love the color options (mine is black). I have no problem recommending it to anyone who needs a good iPad case. I certainly love mine!

Best case I’ve ever had for an iPad and I’ve had several over the years. Sturdy enough to offer great physical protection without being too heavy like other ‘box’ type cases. Great construction, feel, and function. And if your iPad is damaged while using this case, they’ll cover the cost of repair. Plus, 10% of profits go to a children’s charity. This product is a win all the way around.

I would give it 5 stars because I love this case. I think it’s pricey but but it’s worth every penny. It’s very sturdy, light and has great magnetic back and a great stand. My only issue is it doesn’t last forever. I’m on my second case. I have gotten my share of use out of it. I am on my tablet 8 hours a day so I think it’s normal wear and tear.

I got a new iPad for Christmas along with this case. This is my 3rd iPad, so I've had several different iPad cases over the years. This is the ONLY one I would have ever given 5 stars to. It's solid and rugged and the iPad will not fall over (as so often happened with all the other cases). I was concerned that it would be heavy and bulky and I wanted to avoid that as I plan to travel with this iPad and I need it to be lightweight, and I'm happy to say that it is a very acceptable weight and does not make my iPad feel heavy. My husband, who also got an iPad for Christmas, chose a different case, which also had pretty good reviews and cost less, and I have to say that he is not as happy with his new case, and he probably wishes he'd spent a little bit more and gotten one like mine. I highly recommend this ZUGU case; it is totally worth the extra money. Buy it--you won't be sorry!

Great protection, high-quality, thoughtfully engineered design. The color is a lot more beautiful in person, a neutral-toned shade of smoky purple. It looks good, and feels secure. Few Flaws: -The leather came creased in the corner and developed a small hole like a pin-prick somewhere along the manufacturing and shipping process that though unsightly does not hinder its performance. -The elastic pocket meant to hold the apple pencil stretches out and does not comfortably hold an apple pencil with a silicone protector sleeve. -The case does not fully wrap around the edge of the ipad on the side of the power button, at least not to my level of comfort, though this does make it easier to take on or off, I would rather have a hard time putting it on and taking it off if it meant feeling more comfortable with the security of my ipad. I would like to see more color options in the future, and perhaps some other way to store an apple pen. I am not a big fan of the pocket feature.

Light weight, durable material and easy to fit. iPad is well protected.

ESRなど比較的安価なiPadケースを何度も使い潰してはケースが痛んだ際に買い替えをしていました。 ケースのデザインが気に入りこちらを購入。 割と持ち歩きなどでハードに使っていますが、ケースが綻ぶことがなく、頑丈です。 8段階に細かく画面の傾斜をつけられるのも使い勝手がいいです。 Apple pencilも差し込み用のホルダーがついているので、ケースの必要機能は最低限揃ってます。 マグネット機能もしっかりしているので、冷蔵庫などに貼り付けても落ちずに使えています。 値段はしますがものは確かでした。 良いものを長く使いたい方向けです。 これ一つで数年使えそうなので、次回もまたリピート予定です。

Quality product, expensive but worth the value if you really want your iPad to be protected

I saw this case in a reel from a content creator I follow on Instagram so hats off to Zugu for supporting content creators first of all. This case is really amazing, I purchased for my iPad 10th Gen and it fits perfectly. This is a premium case that not only looks the part but it also offers all around protection. I was using one of those folio cases previously and on my lap the iPad kept falling forwards. That issue is long gone, the Zugu case has a platform where the kickstand slots in with strong magnets and it’s sturdy!. Perfect for watching films etc in bed. The Apple Pencil sleeve on the back is perfect too and easily accessible whilst not being in the way. Attention to detail on this is unbelievable, they even made a little sleeve within the sleeve for the Apple Pencil connector that you need with the 10th Gen. The thought and design gone into this product is simply amazing. 10/10
