i could not be happier. i got a variety of colors, and they all arrived alive! theyre so lively and fun to watch. i will be purchasing again, just probably directly from the seller.

I can say totally satisfied with processing (receiving delivery updates). Packaging was unbelievable. Even postal employee took time to knock at my door so they would not be out in cold. All arrived alive. But one looked as those the others had eaten his tail. He seemed stressed, but I put him in tank anyways. Unfortunately this morning he was dead. I understand nature runs it's course. I have no problem with ordering again should I want to add to my tank. Further, I know anyone wanting this type fish would be as happy as I am. And with the arrival Photo procedure and 24 hour return customer service this company knows Customer Satisfaction. Totally pleased and happy with additions in my tank.

I recently purchased the Swimming Creatures 5 Pack Assorted Fancy Guppy Live Tropical Fish, hoping to enhance my aquarium with vibrant new additions. While the guppies arrived alive, I was disappointed by their exceptionally small size, much smaller than anticipated. Over the course of four days, all but one succumbed, despite maintaining optimal tank conditions. Additionally, the guppies lacked the vivid coloration depicted in the product images, appearing pale and unremarkable. Given the high cost of this purchase, I found the experience to be both costly and disheartening. I cannot recommend this product to fellow aquarium enthusiasts seeking healthy and visually striking fish.

All my fish arrived alive and in great shape. I am in PA and they arrived in the middle of a cold snap with highs in the teens, however they were packaged so well. They were in double plastic bags, then the bags put into a thermal insulated foil bag with a heat pac, then put into a carboard box with blown insulation packed around the foil bag. This seller went above and beyond to ensure a safe live delivery. The guppies were all gorgeous and a very nice variety of fancy tails. Buy with confidence, this seller is now my go to online fish source. AAA+++

Ordered a 5 pack, 3 were dead upon arrival 1 more died after acclimation. Requested more to be sent instead of refund because I don’t expect everything to survive so we will see.

box was well packed with a heat pack. other 3 bags and those fish were fine. i noticed this bag with the dead fish was directly against the inside of the box, rather than the other bags that had newspaper or packaging between the bag and the inside of the box.
