Much easier method
I tried a gooey resin and didn't mind the taste mixed in coffee but the capsules are so much easier. It tastes and smells just like the fancy resin I had so it seems legit. I do hope the heavy metal testing and authenticity is valid when considering how much less it costs than other brands but I think the other brands might run the business model of increasing the price to artificially generate more value to customers like "it's expensive so it must be really good quality". It makes it seem more valuable. I think this company made it convenient rather than ritualistic, efficient rather than trendy and will sell a lot through volume. I don't mind some drama and marketing around a brand but this feels more honest and straightforward. I do also feel like I have had more energy and an elevated mood!

Tastes just like shilajit is supposed to; great results, too!
Excellent results. For those complaining about the taste - it is SUPPOSED to taste earthy. I actually put two of them in my mouth, and suck on them until they dissolve. They taste like shilajit should. Noticed I can work all day long, and not feel fatigued at all, right up until bedtime. I run our business, and have to take care of almost everything at home, since husband is not able to. Will make sure I keep taking these - love the results!

Good product and value
After trying other brands and careful research sorting out low-quality shilijit (of which there is much), I found Santegra. For the "just right" per-tablet strength, quality, results and price, this is the best. The tablets are easy to swallow and avoid the strong taste of powdered shilajit. They're also more portable if you travel, or to take during the workday, etc. I use this product in combination with other herbs to boost strength, stamina, recovery and overall wellness.

Shilajit tablets
First I tried the resin. Which didn't taste good so I tried these tablets. The tablets do not work as well as resin. Resin gives you a boost of energy and has lots of health benefits. I could feel the difference between the two. Tablets are more convenient but resin makes me feel more energetic and just overall better.

Not working for me unfortunately.
So far I Out the 120 pack and I've seen not a single difference. I feel that I should admit I struggle with anemia but that's why I bought these. I'm not sure if the company has any advice I have a full box left but I haven't noticed a single difference taking these. The only reason I have 3 stars is bcuz they're easy to take and tasteless, but I don't believe they are effective. I'm open to advice or suggestions from the company but I've followed the instructions .... Something isn't right.

It’s shi-Legit!
I wanted to tryout Shilajit after seeing hundreds of ads pushing it for months. The 6-7 Shilajit brands that kept popping up on IG were charging $50-60 for a few ounces and I didn’t want to spend that much to test the waters. I also heard the wax/honey like version of shilajit tasted like the devil’s taint…even though the people in all the ads look like they’re enjoying a nice chai latte when drinking shilajit. Plus, it sounded inconvenient to mix it up twice a day as it’s recommended. So, I wanted to go the pill/supplement route, but didn’t want capsules since your body doesn’t absorb supplements in that form very well. All of that brought me to this product. This one is like a pressed pill, and I assume it would work better than a capsule. The milligrams per pill is already the recommended daily amount. So, taking 1 with a glass of water on an empty stomach every morning is ideal for me. Also, this product comes at a great price. $35 gets you a 4 month supply! I didn’t find much information on where this brand is sourced, what elevation, and what % is the folic acid. I think I saw enough to think this one was worth a shot and didn’t seem like it had “heavy metal contaminant” in it like the IG brands warn of. I’ve been taking this shilajit for 6 weeks now. Idk if I can really really tell you if I feel or see any difference in my health, body, or positive effects. I’m 35 and pretty healthy already. So, maybe I wouldn’t really have any noticeable changes. I will say that I’ve had more of an appetite since taking it. At least, my breakfast and lunch seem to be wearing off a couple hours sooner. That could be an increase in metabolism? For several weeks I thought that I was feeling less groggy when I woke up each morning. I think that’s still the case but I’ve gotten used to it and it now seems normal. I read that a study showed that males that took shilajit for 6, 8, or 12 weeks (can’t remember) saw a 20 something increase in free testosterone. That would be rad but I didn’t do any labs and have no way of knowing if that happened for me. To wrap this up, I would recommend trying this company out. If anything, it’s a good way to give shilajit a try. If you love it, then you’re good to go. If you think you’re seeing some benefits but not as much as you hoped, then buy one of the fancy drinkable versions from one of the other companies and see if it’s even better. Or, if you don’t like it and think it’s mostly hype….then you only spent $35 and now know how you feel about shilajit. Personally, I'm going to give one of the other companies with the drinkable Shilajit out after another month of this product. If I really don’t like the new product or don’t notice anything different, then I will be buying another 120ct round from this company. 🤘👽🫳🎤
