Lots of storage space and good performance
I added this Toshiba X300 Pro 20 TB to my desktop PC to store my media library. Installation was a breeze. Hooked up the cables, started up Windows, created and formatted a new volume with Disk Management - done. At the moment I have about 14 TB of misc audio and video files on it. I mostly just read from it, but I do have some ongoing projects on it as well. Read/Write speeds are quite good, I reckon the 7200 RPM and 512 MB cache help with that. I've only had the drive for a few weeks, so I can't attest to its reliability. If something should happen, I'll update this review.

Intallation was a breeze
I have only had this drive for a week. So, I cannot comment yet on durability.I bought a new Dell XPS8960 recently. They did not have an option for including a large hard drive. So, I bought this 20 terabyte drive. I installed this drive in about 15 minutes. When I turned my computer on after installing it, it found the drive. It was simple to format. I have installed lots of hard drives over the past 30 years, but this was the easiest. I had a little over 18 terabytes of usable storage space in one partition. Windows now makes it easy to have large partitions. I wanted to be able to store large numbers of photographs on one drive.

Bad drives
I bought one drive which failed after 5 hours making a clicking noise at idle like its trying to dock the heads and failing. Warranty sent a second, which failed in the same way two days later. Avoid this cheap junk.

Only 18.6tb on my 20tb (i know, but itβs excessive)
I understand that its not spot on with storage but this is over a terabyte off which is unacceptable. Too late to return so Iβm stuck with it

Loud Clicking/Grinding Noise
Loud Clicking/Grinding Noise on first install. Poor packaging. The OEM box was put inside an Amazon box with little cushion and it was tossing inside. No additional mounting screws. Initiated return immediately.Amazon won't Refund before 30 days.
