My friend Dave recommended this book for me as I am a keen knitterthe designs are excellent and the patterns are clearly written and easy to followI am working through the book knitting everyhing in orderI knit like a bowl in a china shop and I mannaged. I knitted the Badgerglove puppet first as a present for my namesake cousin in the USA who is a big Badger & Bodgerfan ( I added a beret and bowl of mashed potato (knitted of course))she took it into school and now everyone in Gorman Elimentary School is busy knittingThanks Sandra Polley. I'll be back to buy "Ralph and nipper" next. As they look like thecharacters from the Jean-Jacques Beineix film "moon in the Gutter" and he is a big francophile!
