Delicious - the star of my ramen bowls.
These soba noodles are delicious, have gluten free ingredients (great for people with celiac disease like me), and literally arrived to my house within a day. Texture is chewy, just like I like noodles, and the thickness is similar to a spaghetti noodle but slightly thicker. I used these to create ramen bowls that our entire family enjoyed. Highly recommended!

Tasty & Versatile
In short, I LOVE these noodles! I use them when I want to make a quick, but healthy lunch by adding them to some miso or broth, some sliced mushrooms, clove of garlic, scallions, snow peas and whatever else is in the fridge. They don't get mushy and have a nice substantial feel and rich taste. I've not tried them in a stir-fry yet, but I'm sure they'd be great then, too.

Great product but super pricey
I love these- briwn rice, sturdy if that a thing & the lovely flavor if buckwheat! Its a company trying to good things. It was nice to find them on sale but no way at usual prices.

Delicious Soba Noodles
I needed soba noodles for a recipe and stores around me did not have them. I found them on Amazon and the price was good. They are delicious and cooked up perfectly. Would recommend. Thank you!
