I think this is really a Great Replacement for Cane Sugar. I have been using it for about 6 years. As I said it is a Great replacement for Cane Sugar. The Only Drawback is the Price! As 5 Pounds of cane sugar is $4 and cheaper in some areas, Monk Fruit is almost $40.00 for the same amount which is crazy. Why, Because when I first started using it I paid $15.95 for 5 pounds?
