I can see results as far as what product claims about regularity. With this I've lost 5 lbs so far just by taking supplements daily. On day 23.

I have ordered this several times. I’m super sensitive and have had no problems.

I made a goal to take better care of myself and that of course begins from the inside. Organs contain nutrients I miss in my daily diet and are the best source of Choline and most us don’t get enough of it! I can’t say that I’ve felt a major difference this early, but I feel good knowing that I’m taking something that will benefit my body and even my brain! Yay for supporting brain function! I can’t wait to see how all this will benefit my health and skin! I highly recommend this to anyone trying to better their health. If you don’t eat organs often then this is a life saver!

So I ordered this and received it on September 2nd. I was all excited to try it... took it for the past 3 days (It's currently 9/6 as I'm making my review)... then I read up that you shouldn't take this if you have a weakend immune system/immunocompromised, and autoimmune disorder , kidney disease, chronic gout, on dialysis, pregnant, their bodies can't process iron, heart disease, etc... I also read that if your beef organ supplement contains beef brain, you could potentially contract mad cow disease because these supplements are not regulated by the FDA. That's alarming! I'm not saying it's likely, but still possible! But you definitely should not take the supplements if you have any kidney issues, on dialysis or have a compromised immune system. So do your research before you buy & try. I'm a kidney pancreas transplant recipient, I did not realize that I should not be taking organ meat until I read up on these AFTER I received them... I did my research on the benefits of taking organ meats, but not about those who shouldn't take them. I just assumed that because it's part of the cow, it's just like ground beef and a suitable for just about anybody who doesn't have a beef allergy. It's not! So now I can't use these :( sad! So make sure you don't have any health issues or medical condition that would make taking these a bad idea. They probably are great for some for healthy, but I'm not one of those people.

This is the first beef organ supplement that I've tried. I like how there are so many different types of organs in here. I use this as a multi-vitamin. I wish they would list the RDA with all the vitamins and minerals from this, but they don't. Just the list of all the organ meats in there. I started slow to make sure that I tolerated it well. Just two caps for a few days, then kept advancing. Now I take 6 caps a day. It seems to give me extra energy! But it just might be the way I'm eating at well. I'm 18 days into Lion. I like this is also Veteran owned.
