Is there a reason for 2 different colors? Is one for cast iron and one for non-stick?

The color is completely decorative. You don't need a scraper for non-stick pans because you can just let them soak.

They work on any and all grills and pans

Will it scratch my non-stick pan?

Thes things are rock hard please don't use them on your non stick. They will scratch it and damage your pan
