Item arrived open, box damaged, pieces missing…For an item this popular and expensive I am very disappointed

We absolutely love our little GiiKER puzzle device and keep it in the car for screen free time so this organizer helps keep all the pieces together. I was initially surprised by how large the case looks but it fit the puzzle toy perfectly. The case smells like a new tennis ball but isn't too unbearable or strong. My 6 year old is happy about this cause as it reminds him of Pokemon though I think this maybe is dinosaur hands going after a beach ball. Not the the design is important but I think since he likes it, he'll at least try to make an effort to use it. He's been good with the pull tie bag the puzzle game originally came with keeping all the pieces together and this should be much easier since the mesh zipper allows him to see all the pieces, pull the color he is working with and account for all the individual pieces. Here's to keeping all the pieces in one place while also being able to pack or travel with. Would recommend!

I thought it was more than a case. The advertisement is somewhat confusing. I thought it came with the puzzle as well, but it does not.
