Lite - Protective Athletic Grip Sock with Metatarsal Padding Foot Protection, Anti-Slip Grip Pads, Non Slip Socks

My daughter broke her foot a few years ago and these socks really protect her foot from getting hurt again when she gets stepped on during soccer games. I'm giving it 4 stars this time as this is the second pair I've bought and the previous pair had more coverage/larger padding on it, which my daughter preferred.

I think I was more excited for these than my daughter. She was getting stepped on a lot during games. The top padding has not interfered with her cleat fit so far so that is great. It is hard pulling full sentences out of a teenager but she isn't complaining so I take that as they are working great. I have been washing on reg cycle and air drying and they are holding up great. I would recommend these and we will probably end up purchasing another set or 2.

So I think the concept overall is great. But my kiddo struggles with getting the sock to fit in her boot. Took the sock to the shoe store and had to go up two boot sizes in order to get this sock to fit. Which then made the shoe too awkward for her to play in. She now prefers the sock without the guard over the top of the foot. Gave this four stars because the sock is great quality and I'm sure that there is a audience for this type of sock.
