Great replacement for the triangle bic mechanical pencils! I was so upset that I had to keep buying box pencils when the lead ran out and the I found these!!! Perfect fit and so economical for the amount of lead that you get! We bought these 7-9 months ago and haven’t ran out yet!

This lead fits Paper mate Handwriting #2 mechanical pencil. This is the only place that I have the refills for this pencil. The weight of the pencil lead is 1.3mm. I do not like writing with the thin lead, so this is a good fit for my writing. You receive 5 containers of lead in a package. They write very smoothly as if you were writing with a regular #2 pencil. The color of the lead is as it should be, not light like others may at sometimes be. The softness of the lead is HB medium hard.

These are exactly what I needed.I have been looking for this size pencil lead in stores for a long time. I had bought a triangle pencil set years ago made by paper mate. Now I just need the erasers that fit in it. Highly recommend.
