Why it works for me.
A very good product. It does for me increase cognitive to a much sharper thinking and alert level without seeming to be an overboost as energy drinks which are sugar laden do but with a significant drop in a short space of time. This product enhances your ability to think more clearly without any side effects of a sudden drop in cognitive abilities. This is of course subjective view.

So bought to ease side effects of some medication (it doesn't react with medication I am on). Brilliant, less joint pain, sharper fcus, more energy. Have it in coffee when I wake with a dash of cinamon insted of sugar. Powder can take a while to mix in, test it forst to see if you are allergic. I put a small bit on my tongue. It tasted like mild, super mild mushroom soup. I have been using this a while and my health has improved. I take mine a 1 level teaspoon split between 2 coffees, upon waking. Tried taking it at night and I had problems sleeping. Size is great, easy to swallow. Recommend.

I'll buy it again
Good, I don't know if it makes sharper, but it makes me think better, broader, it mixes quite well with oat milk but I just take a spoonfull and wash it down with a drink, it doesn't taste that strong.

Slightly disappointed
Disappointed that although it is a UK company, the lions mane comes from China. I didn’t notice any benefits from taking it compared with the lions mane from Diddly Squat Farm, I definitely feel more alert after taking it.
