Nothing worked until I bought this simple well made and inexpensive device. Use the pictures in the sales listing as your guide and be patient, you will figure it out quickly. This device provides compression which pushes your rotator cuff back into proper position, alleviates pain immediately, and stretches your rotator cuff producing a trifecta of pain relief, re-locating, and rehab. The best money I have spent on this problem, my pain was significantly better after only a week of use and now after almost a month, I use it far less frequently but always keep it by me. Well made and free of strange odors and materials.

Nothing in this product stretches or is elastic. I just got through several weeks of physical therapy for a rotator cuff injury so I know how these things should work. Total waste of money. I am sending it back.

This towel is really well made and makes stretching your shoulder very easy. Whether you have a damaged shoulder or just trying to keep limber this really works well. The weighted ends makes it easy to hold securely. The towel is long enough to use in many ways. It also allows for different stretches with the double towel design with the different layers sewn so that you can really get creative on stretching. Using a plain towel might work but this towel really makes it easy and works better. This is a great buy!
