Absolutely love this, so many attachments. Moved house and used this to disinfect and steam clean everything! Great tank capacity and easy to use, doesn't take too long to heat up either!

Really good quality bit of kit. Takes a bit to get up to temperature, but works great so far.

The steamer is really good, and has lots of accessories, the only slight negative is there is no way to see how much water is in the tank.

Bough this after reading mixed reviews as it was cheep so took a punt. At 73 I had to wait for the right time in our life to start redecorating 3 bedrooms and my Computer room! Well, all done and the Steamer my wife wanted just for windows and mirrors we bought and I only needed the wall papper stripper fuction. It has never skipped a beat, it was outstanding. not only did it allow me to strip in most cases back to plaster, on one wall under the papper it had been painted with dark red paint with white paint flicked on by a brush that was hard as nails. And yet this wall paper steamer attachment even softened this 20 year old paint allowing me to scrape ii off in curles with s wide metal scrapper, yes it took three days but again this device did it all 110%. I also read some of the other reviews and based on those I took out amazons 2 year exstended Guarantee and I also notted what one reviwer said and made certain that I did'nt just chuck it in my shed, I left it in a warm room cap off to ensure the water tank was dry, was and dried all attachments, trigger hose and put it back in its box with a large silica moisture bag. Also sprayed WD40 in the tank cap off and put it back in it's Box and placed that in a plastic bag then vacuumed out all the air thentied bag shut. Lets see if that will preserve for my wife to able to stearm Clean her windows and Shower Glass!

Do not waste your money! Cable is not fit for purpose and the steamer is mediocre at best!

I purchased this Wagner steam cleaner based on the many positive reviews claiming it was solid and reliable. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. The attachments feel flimsy, and the extension poles don’t always lock securely into place, which actually resulted in a painful steam burn on my hand. It also takes a long time to heat up, and even then, it expels a lot of water. When using it on floors, the cloth and surface were completely soaked within two minutes. I had the same issue with the window squeegee, water quickly pooled down the glass, leaving the floor around my French doors drenched, even after giving the machine 30–40 minutes to heat up. While it comes with a number of attachments, they’re all very similar in function and design, offering little variety for tackling different cleaning tasks around the home. In the end, I returned the product. Disappointing overall and not worth the hype, in my experience.

Amazing steamer. Wish there was an option to buy another floor pad though. Sturdy and powerful. Lots of extra tools nd a good capacity in the tank.

The build quality is solid and the steam pressure is decent. A full tank provides continuous steam for at least 30 minutes, which is great for extended use. However, the re-pressurization time between bursts of continuous steam is longer than what's stated in the user manual, which can be slightly inconvenient during long sessions. The length of the attachments and power chord is very handy.

works well . employees use it and does the job. does not burn out plug points of 5 amp. no need for 15 amps.

Product quality is good but what no one tells you in youtube videos is it takes break every 50 sec to generate steam which makes it practically useless, leaves lot of water on floor after mop. Mopping hard floors - its failure Do not know if product is defective or any other issue. Used RO water

Love the machine but it had items missing. So be careful. The main mop cover wasn’t there and I had no energy to fight for it.
