Low quality, if you want a good supplement don’t purchase this one. I get leg cramps if I don’t get enough magnesium. This magnesium does not help. I ordered this one because the one I normally order was out of stock. Never again.Update* 4/24/25I just looked at my email and these people returned my money to me for this product. It just wasn’t up to what my body needs but I have to say that this seller is of good charter. I honestly did not expect them to do that. Thank you! Most on this app don’t do that.

I originally purchased this brand of magnesium from my doctor’s office, then I found it on Amazon. It is the same price on Amazon as at my doctor’s office. This is a blend of magnesium and doesn’t give me diarrhea or upset my stomach as most magnesium brands do. It makes me feel relaxed and less nervous, which is why I started taking magnesium.
