Long lasting hydrating serum good for dry skin ..
I have been testing this Alyria Wow R4 Serum for close to 3 weeks , and by testing I mean using it exclusively. My skin is not very sensitive to new products , it’s just always thirsty.Serums are almost always the most expensive item in my routine . I am over 50 , especially in the dry Winter months my super dry skin needs something that locks in as much hydration as possible. This serum is milky and has a fresh scent. For scent sensitive people this might be too much but to me it smells just fine, like clean linen almost, but only for a short time .It feels nice going on my skin and it doesn’t sit on top of it , it absorbs fairly quickly.I usually pad serums into my still moist freshly washed skin , this serum directions say to massage it gently into the skin, neck and décolletage.A few times I forgot to apply moisturizer after the serum and amazingly I didn’t feel like I am drying out . So it definitely does hydrate well.Since this a liquidy cream , not a true gel ,it may not be the best choice to place it in a dropper bottle but I got over that .I can’t say it did anything miraculous and it’s hard for me to believe a lot of claims anyway . I was told that one should use a new skincare product for at least 6 weeks before making a final decision. I really can’t say yet , we all have our favorite and this Alyria Wow R4 Serum isn’t bad at all. I actually enjoy the hint of scent, it feels good and very hydrating and moisture locking , which is one of the serums biggest claim, to help restore the moisture barrier so skin can stay hydrated longer and it does just that for me. But without feeling greasy or oily . It can however feel a little sticky , so make sure you massage this in on “freshly cleansed skin” or use a gua sha tool to get it to absorb deeply.Of course your skin is different than mine .I will update this review if I notice more than very long lasting hydration and a little plumping up the fine lines , making them appear less obvious. If you are struggling with super dry facial skin give this serum a try . It did surprise me in a positive way , it’s still to early to tell if I would buy this instead of my go to which is just a tad more expensive.

Hydratinv facial serum
This face serum is a luxury feeling to use given its so rich and velvet like to apply. It is easy to apply and quite fragrant in a gentle way. Great for sensitive skin and helps add a glow to the skin. Great for Facials.

There are some issues
For reference, I’m in my 50’s, normal skin. I have only been using this serum for a week, so I cannot vouch for any long-term results yet. What I can vouch for is the product consistency and packaging, both of which I feel have some issues.First, the product issue… It has a perfume scent which I feel is not ideal to have going onto your skin. I have always thought of serum has a “medicine” and medicines should be pure! I was not able to find any information on what that scent is. The longer I use it, the more the scent bothers me. It’s not offensive, but it just feels like it shouldn’t be there. The other thing is that it doesn’t feel great going on. It doesn’t seem like it goes into my skin and it doesn’t particularly leave my skin feeling nicer afterwards. That does not bother me too much though because it is the long-term results that I am working towards, and the ingredients (minus the scent) are awesome.Second, the packaging… This is the biggest issue in my eyes. The dropper is simply too small for the hole in the top of the jar. As such, every time the dropper is placed back into the jar, the thick product stuck on the sides of the dropper is lost on the edges of the bottle rim. For something this costly, you don’t want to be losing a single drop!I probably would not purchase this product after this bottle is empty, even if I see great results because of the things that are issues for me. I might, however, do more research into the company and find out if they have other odor-free options.

Nice Serum But Expensive
This serum has a thin, gel-like consistency. It’s tinted blue and has a clean, floral scent. There are some nice anti-aging ingredients in here and it’s full of great antioxidants. My skin soaks it up and after a few minutes is fully absorbed without any stickiness. I like to apply it after cleansing and toning and then using a day/night cream on top. It helps my skin stay nicely hydrated and clear. While I very much enjoy this serum, there are a few things that make it less than perfect. First, neither the box or bottle came sealed and there is no indication of an expiration date. Second, while I actually love the scent of this serum, I firmly believe that all skincare products should be fragrance-free to avoid potential sensitivities. I understand that some active ingredients will have scent but in this case, fragrance is an ingredient all on its own.Third, unless I very carefully make sure the dropper goes in the bottle perfectly, the serum will ooze out around the opening of the bottle when I put the dropper back in because the hole is too small to allow for any error. Which causes a waste of product.Because of these issues, I do feel like this serum is priced too high and would most likely not purchase again.

Quality serum, a little goes a long way
Moisturizing serum. A small amount goes a long way for very dry skin. Feels nice on my sensitive skin and I have no negative reactions or breakouts. This will be great for the winter when my skin gets extremely dry and I want something non-oily to help replenish moisture. The price is a little high but a small amount goes a long way so the bottle will last a while.

Overpriced idk
It was overpriced I think. It did hydrate my skin a little bit and it felt nice but it wasn't life changing. Lots of things have hyaluronic acid and they are much more affordable because it's just a cheap ingredient to begin with. I actually don't prefer the mild ocean scent of it because you can tell it was just fragrance they added in and I feel like that can sensitize even normal skin over time. Lastly, the serum drips off the side of the dropper onto the edges of the bottle when you replace the dropper and it wasn't well designed, for $90.
