Great quality product for dips and shrugs. Does the job done at a reasonable price. It doesn’t cut into your hip bones even when you have 2+ plates loaded on. Currently shrugging 120lbs at 124lbs body weight and it doesn’t cause pain.

This is a great waist belt you wear when you goto the gym & left heavy, it is great for back support & waist shaping. This particular belt has a chain that you can attach to the belt & when you do a workout called ‘dips’ when your ready you can add extra weight plates so you can lift more weight when performing the exercise 🏋🏻I would give this product 5 stars but I have to give 4 ⭐️’s because even tho I like the belt & it works fine, I’m just not a fan of products with big or oversized logos. This product would’ve been better if the logo was smaller or in the inside of the belt but instead the logo is very large on the backside of the belt but the gym is no fashion show anyway but I personally don’t really like the oversized logo 🤷🏻‍♂️

Took it for a spin at the gym today. I’ve had a few weight belts before, so I was pleasantly surprised when this one was better quality than my others. For comparison, my other belt is the flexible nylon type. This belt is much more comfortable, or at least as comfy as a bunch of weights strapped to a belt can get. It held up 90 lbs just fine so suits all my needs.

This is a great belt. I have used it for weighted dips, weighted pull-ups, and belt squats. The chain is a great length for different uses. In fact I use the chain separate from the belt for other purposes in my workouts such as with my rack lever. I appreciate the chain having locking carabiners which isn't typical with these type belts.I also like the style and size of buckle. It feels secure and is infinity adjustable. Other belts with a more traditional buckle can be hard to adjust to the perfect tightness and can be hard to remove when overtight. I also do not like velcro closures for these type belts as they wear out and can come lose suddenly.Recommended.

I'm not much of a weight lifter, but my husband and boys are, so I ordered this for them to try. My first impression is that it's well made. The fabric and stitching and chain all seem to be good, sturdy quality and well put together! My husband and boys are all different sizes, but this fit each one of them without an issue. They all said it was comfortable and works well and continue to wear it for every work out, so I'll take that as a win! Great bang for your buck!

We bought this as a gift for a friend who likes to go to the gym! He loves it. It works great and is easy to use! It fits well in his gym bag and is easy to clean.
