What a great roast and in beautiful, eco-friendly packaging too! The amazing smell that comes from opening this fresh coffee is enough to get your day started in the right way - it's as if it takes you right to Costa Rica. Every morning, my wife and I grind beans and enjoy fresh-brewed coffee. We ordered the Brazilian to try this coffee out and now need to order the other three to try them all. They must know what they are doing when roasting these beans because the flavor is strong without a bite, which I love. This full-bodied roast has become our new Giddy Goat "go-to" brand. It's always fun to try something for the first time and get excited by the experience.

I have been buying this coffee for two years, and I love it! I put it in my grinder; I often use a pour-over technique and enjoy it with my wife. It makes a pleasant smell and vibrant flavor. I also recommend this coffee for the French press technique with a different grind. Lastly, the package has a small valve to remove the oxygen in the bag to make it last longer. A bag lasts me ten days.

I live locally and visit this coffee shop frequently…Im so happy Amazon is an option if I run out of beans between visits, though! I love the Colombian and Costa Rica varieties, but the decaf is actually my favorite as far as taste! These are fresh roasted and delicious…highly recommend!
