These are great. Ordered these instead of the P3 trainer which is 3 times the cost. So far they are great. Seem sturdy and good quality. I hope they last.

The quality of the set is great. I like the combination of the colors. The Velcros work great and make it easy to set up. Two different lengths of the elastic band offer two levels of resistance. The ball weight and the handle both work but the ball is heavier so it offers a higher difficulty level. Overall, the set is a great addition to home gym but they are geared towards the beginners who have never exercised before. I’m a runner who does strength 1-2 times a week. To me, the shorter band in the set is equivalent to 2 lbs weight and the longer one is more like 1 lb weight. I wish there were more difficult levels of resistance bands provided within the set so they would serve for more purposes. If you want to start your home gym, this is definitely a good start. But if you are in the more medium and advanced level, this set may not be enough.

The set includes two adjustable ankle straps that fit easily around my ankles (with lots of room to make them larger) and the material is gentle on your skin. I've used some ankle bands that are very stiff and the edges poke you - these do not. There are 2 resistance bands that can be attached interchangeably to a weighted ball and a resistance band handle. The bands offer a light to medium amount of resistance when extending them from your ankle to raised hand, which is the purpose of this set. It is not suppose to be a large amount of resistance; instead it is suppose to allow you to move thru repeated stretching and strengthening motions during a workout (such as a certain exercise program that is very popular right now). The ball weighs a little over 1 pound, 8 ounces and is a good size to easily grip in your hand while you work out. I am very happy with the portability and ease of use of this little workout system. The resistance, to me, isn't too great, but I still feel like I've done some significant work towards increasing strength and toning when I am done. I think I'll have to upgrade to more resistance after awhile, but for now it's perfect for a beginner like me: it's simple and non-intimidating. As a plus, it packs into its own compact bag for storage.
