Love these lights! I actually got these as a replacement for my bed lights that originally came with a different brand of led lights that unfortunately stopped working. I got these and was pleased to see how bright they were! They also have a fairly low profile as well which is great for underlighting things like beds or shelves.

Lights are good and bright enough, but the double-sided tape that it comes with is really bad. Had to use silicone to glue it to the wall.

4/30/24 Update: Was 75% complete with my project when a short in the blue line appeared. Was able to restore partial functionality after applying pressure at the connection point. Very pleased with these lights but I need the blue/white. Called Amazon support at 9:30pm, and Ray expedited a replacement without any hesitation. 5 stars for Ray at Amazon support!!! Will update after the replacement arrives. The difference between these $62 INDARUN RGB COB LED Light Strip 32.8ft versus the $15 Govee RGBIC LED Strip Lights, Smart LED Lights 16ft is night and day. The density of lights and brightness is impressive. Haven’t even started with the features. Very impressed.

24v gives me more LEDs per foot, which results in a smoother, more even light. These will go up in our bedroom, replacing a basic set I just stuck to the wall like 5 years ago. For these, I also bought mounting channels, and with the tighter spacing of the LED's these will give me a smooth, constant glow.

I really wanted to like these lights! they look great, the kit itself is a great start. That said, if you’re looking to cut and connect the strips, you’re not going to find any standard 4 pin connectors that will work. This is because the position of the connectors are not evenly spread across the strip. This leaves you with one option. Soldering. Which is an option, just not what all of us want to be doing. I wish they were more clear about this and I did ask about connector options without any response. Aside from that, really great leds, and the app is good too. Just the customization of cutting and connecting strips is a miss.
