It took me a good couple of tries before I finally got it down with how it work to collect the temperature but once I got it. It works great and it helps me keep track of the things I need to keep track of.

I received my Femometer order today, followed the directions, inserted the included battery and the Femometer displayed “Lo”.I just paid for and received the item and already feel disappointed and am questioning the quality.Also swapped the battery with another and the Femometer Thermometer still displays “Lo” after taking my 98.6 temperature.

I bought this particular thermometer because I had read that it had multiple different volume settings for the beeping sound. You adjust the volume from the app while connected via Bluetooth and it works perfectly. Quiet enough to not wake my husband, but loud enough for me to hear when it's done. I also love that it turns on and lights up when you take the cap off, you don't have to press any buttons. It also lights up when it's done, so if you miss the beep, that also alerts you to when it's completed the measurement. The memory is also such a great feature, because then I don't have to open my fertility apps right away and input my reading, which would keep me up. I can just wake up, take my temp, and go back to sleep if I want. Very happy with the purchase, very reasonable price. It's shocking how many BBT thermometer aren't silent or don't have adjustable volume, that just seems ridiculous to me. And I'm not going to spend $100+ on an arm band thermometer. This is all I need.

It worked for a while, but after just a few months of use it is useless. The temps on my chart now are all almost the same, so it is impossible to figure out any sort of real cycle chart. Today when I went to use it, before I even put it in my mouth it started flashing all sorts of random temps before beeping like it was done taking my temp, but I hadn't even started. I took out the battery and put it back in and it seems to work again, but now I don't trust it. A shame, because it worked so well for the first few weeks. The battery is in a flimsy little drawer, and so it pops out frequently.Also, the app is buggy, bad, and hard to use. It kept my test temp from the first evening on my chart, and it won't let me take it off. It also doesn't scroll to today's temp, so after weeks you're still seeing the same screen you see the first day you took your temp. That's a terrible design. I deleted the app.By the way, the thermometer's alarm function doesn't work at all without the app! There is zero guarantee that your data is safe in the app, and no way to delete it from their server. They also make troubleshooting impossible with vague instructions. Finally, the company's "support" is lackluster, and clearly Chinese.Don't buy this.

It helps me keep track of my temperature which helps me keep track of ovulation week and with using tests in addition to the thermometer, it has helped me track my cycle effectively

I’ve been using this thermometer for BBT and has been amazing! A few reviews are saying that they turn the thermometer on and it reports the batter as Lo immediately. The Lo does not indicate the battery percentage, it is just saying Lo as in low temperature reading. The app is what will tell you when your battery is running low. If you put the thermometer in your mouth after it shows Lo, it will start reading your temp.
