I already have a good set of knives and I bought this on a whim. It is a game changer. It sliced through a huge sweet potato in a flash! I love the finger grip as well. It reminds me of the proper grip which also makes using it more efficient as well as safer.

This knife is exactly as they describe it, very sharp and very useful in the kitchen, I bought it for my husband for Father's Day and he tells me that he loves it that it is easy to handle when you are cutting something in the kitchen, so I recommend it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This may be the sharpest knife I have ever come across right out of the box I don't know if it will hold an edge because I just received it but it definitely works as shown slices thin slices fast and as I said before is razor sharp out of the box Time will tell if it remains sharp

Does well on onions, broccoli and peppers. Not so good on potatoes. A decent addition to the kitchen but definitely not able do everything that they claim.

Seems to be a pretty good knife. But beware this knife is made in China, not Japan as I thought. I’m always a little weary about health and safety issues of products made in China.

Love this knife. The finger hole really helps grip making slices fast and uniform. Great idea for gifts to friends & family that enjoy cooking as much as I do. Highly recommend this very sharp Utensil.

Works great on meats and vegetables too. It was a little pricey but I got it as a gift for my husband.

It is very sharp, dont know yet how often I'll have to sharpen. Blade edge next to finger groove on handle a little close for my hands though, may have to dull that part of it.
