Excellent! Came as described, with no dents or scratches. Was surprised with how powerful the processor was! Would recommend. The battery life also lasts multiple days of use, so I didn't notice any battery damage.

I got this product and it suppose to be unlocked but Verizon was on the tablet but it does take sim cards i haven't tried putting another sim card in it to see if it work but I'll give an update UPDATE: This tablet wasn't unlocked and it is an Verizon TABLET, that's what the cellular part is missing from the description. It's wifi but not unlocked. UPDATE: I had to take to Verizon to use it!

No issues with the tablet at all. First package was delivered empty however a refund is in the works. Recieved a tablet however and to me it seems brand new. No scratches or wear at all. Works flawlessly in every way.

Fairly large scratch in middle of screen, but would have been usable. SIM was not unlocked unfortunately so could not use it with T-Mobile and had to return. Not able to tell what carrier it was locked to.

The Galaxy Tab S9+ 5G is fully unlocked. However, because the firmware is set to Verizon, it prompts you to install a Verizon SIM (though the 5G is still enabled). After completing the enable secret code for Verizon using the samfw tool, and then using the samfw tool again to change the CSC to UCS, GCF, XXA you can use all carriers without any restrictions. I wish the seller would handle this cumbersome process themselves. Unfortunately, the items I purchased were in "good" condition (I exchanged them once). The first item felt rough to the touch and had a long scratch on the back, visible even from a distance. The second item had scratches and sticker marks, but they weren't noticeable to the touch. The screens of both items I received were clean. Even if the seller's item is "good," I think it's better to consider it "almost okay." I am attaching photos of the first and second products I received.

The product information for this product says that it is "FULLY UNLOCKED". Once you get the product and spend 2 hours with Samsung technical support and 90 minutes with AT&T support, they will tell you that it is LOCKED to AT&T. Therefore, because the product information states it is "FULLY UNLOCKED" this is incorrect; the product is LOCKED to AT&T and the stated product information is not true.
