This worked for 7 days
This was a Christmas present for my daughter. Obviously, it's not a high end player, but it seemed to work well. For 7 days. Now it's frozen, and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do to fix it. They say to contact the seller, yet I can't even figure out how to do that. With all the horrid luck we've had with less expensive music players, I'm not feeling real confident about the idea of spending more for a "better" one, either. I'm very disappointed.

Very adequate for the price
I got this for my mom to use mainly as an MP3 player. For the price, it's fantastic. It includes the player, a 16GB micro SD card already inserted into the player, a charging cable (you'll need to provide a USB charger), earbuds, and some basic instructions. It seems to do a lot, though the low resolution of the screen will limit its usefulness as a photo and video viewer. But it's a color screen, so that's nice. There is even a built-in speaker. It's not very loud, but it's adequate for personal listening if you don't have your earbuds handy. My mom didn't find the hard plastic earbuds very comfortable, but that's not a dealbreaker since I'll just get her something else. Setup options were easy to access, with everything located under "Set". The charging port uses micro USB. The player itself has a sort of rubber coating and feels nice in the hand. The power switch is a physical switch on the bottom rather than a button. This is actually kind of nice since it seems like it will be harder for it to turn itself on in a purse or pocket. My biggest issue with the player is more of a nitpick. When you choose "Music", you can only access the songs that are in the root directory of the card, and 16GB fits an awful lot of songs to plop them all in the root without any folders. If there is a way to get the player to see songs inside of folders, I couldn't figure it out. So if you organize your songs into folders, you have to use the "Folder" option on the home screen to play your music. It's not a big deal and works just fine; I just got a confused look from my mom when I explained this to her. It also seems to display the songs and folders in order of the time they were written to the card rather than alphabetically. This may be annoying, or you may be able to use it to your advantage when loading music onto the card. When I loaded my mom's music, I happened to do it by genre, so it wasn't the worst thing ever to have it sort by time. But I'd still prefer to have it sort alphabetically. The controls take some getting used to. To scroll up and down lists of, say, folders or tracks, you have to press left and right. Pressing down goes back a screen almost everywhere but the home screen. But these are all nitpicks, and keeping the price in mind, it's a great little player.

Simple and easy
The buttons arent typical but they do make sense, after you fiddle for a bit. It took me about an hour to get the hang of using it and it has worked like a charm. It's just a simple device that allows me to listen to music while i cook and do housework and that’s truly all i wanted.

Worked for 18 days, now it turns on but is frozen. Won't do anything.
After 18 days, it just froze. No matter how many times I turn it on and off, it won't do anything but show the menu screen. This is my second attempt at buying one of these crappy little mp3 players and they've both sucked. Of course I expected them to be weird and sucky at this price but I figured they'd at least do the baseline of playing audio for a few years. If anyone knows a brand of one that's worked, let me know.

Broken Upon Arrival
We tried putting music on this, and it said none of the files were supported. It appeared to be a return since songs were already on it. We got it to play previously loaded files for about an hour until it completely glitched. The image was burned onto the screen but you couldn't do anything, not even shut it off. We let the battery drain and tried to restart, but it still wouldn't turn on. My son misplaced it after that so we couldn't return it. Terrible company and product.

Worked for a week - now frozen
This product worked great for a week. Now screen comes up frozen. Manual offers nothing on t-shooting. Did a search for Dyzeryk mp3 player and frozen screen. A lot of people with the same issue. Tried multiple suggestions, nothing works. Cheap product, should have invested a bit more money in a more reliable player.
