Overall this item is great and I would definitely buy it again. The leather is supple, seems to be of high quality and smells fantastic. Thread is very robust (although I would suggest they include some of the purplish color the original M3 stitching has). There are a few caveats I will address. The first is that this is a labor intensive process. I would highly recommend removing the wheel and the the trim face plate as it will make access a lot easier and you won't have to sit in your car all day. I would also watch the videos on the website a few times so that you have a good understanding before you begin. It took me most of a day to align and lace the cover on to my satisfaction. It's not hard but it does require attention to detail. The package came with everything I needed and more thread than you could possibly use. The only negative is that there is some very slight looseness on the back of the wheel at the spoke bases where the leather sits flush but does not tuck in anywhere. I tried using some of the included tape but it didn't make a noticeable difference. I'm not sure I would even notice if I hadn't laced it on myself. No one I showed the finished product to has noticed. Anyway, it looks great in the car, feels great in my hands and is far less expensive than sending the wheel off to be recovered.

Great quality! Came a month earlier than it said it would which was awesome. Came with instructions but they were a little confusing so I just googled a youtube video on it and got it in just fine.

It looks and feels very nice I give 5 stars only think I am kinda upset with is it shows red stitching and I received black on black still 5 stars though!

Took item to professional upholstery shop and they did it for me steering wheel looks awesome and i cant wait to drive my m3 in morning
