I am totally amazed by this product, I normally use gilding wax but recently I have started to decorate bottles and glass items so I thought I would give this a go. It glides right on, you can apply it with a sponge, I just used a normal artists sponge I bought from Ryman's that I had cut into quarters. It goes on really easily and very evenly, it doesnt streak at all and the coverage is really good. I primed the glass the first time I used it with PVA glue and let it dry, after I had applied the Inka Gold I tried to glue embellishments on and it was lifting the PVA causing a bubble to form, but since I had primed it I was able to peel it all off easily and do it again, this time I didn't prime the glass, it really doesnt need it, and I didnt have that same problem. This product also crackles well with a crackle medium, you can glaze it with something if you wish but again there is really no need as it dries and doesnt come off when handled. It gives an opaque coverage. I am definitely going to buy more colours, and best of all there is no strong odour off it like there is with gilding wax. Five stars :)
