The bike was partially assembled upon arrival. You have to install the front wheel and tire, seat, pedals, and reflectors. It included a small air pump and tool kit. I didn’t use either, but if you don’t have a compressor and tools, you could still get it assembled with what is included. After assembly, I inflated the tres to the recommended pressure and lubed the chain and sprockets. The bike shifted well out of the box without any adjustments. The brakes also worked well. I rode 7 miles on the first ride without issue. I wish the handle bars were a little taller, but other than that, it was an enjoyable bike to ride and I love the suspension. I do not think this bike is designed for serious mountain biking, but that is not the kind of riding I do. It is much more comfortable than a road bike and absorbs the bumps very well. If you want a bike to get some exercise and get around the neighborhood or an easy trail , this is a good choice. I am 6 foot tall and. 215 lbs. It fits me well. The bike is pretty heavy at 40 lbs, but I am not racing anyone. I chose the full suspension, spoked wheeled version,. I am happy with the purchase.

This bike rides smoothly and is always getting compliments. It's very good for the price. The adjustable rear suspension is great and fully locks for wheelies.

Lost a star for 2 reasons 1 is that 1 of the rims is out of round so it has that bent wobble and was like that right out the box. The other is the gear shifter that my son isn't able to use some of the gears as it doesn't want to shift properly. Now that aspect I'm not personally sure about as it was delivered to him at college and he put it together (mechanical engineering major so) it's possible he may have done something wrong but seems unlikely. Still I would've dropped a star for the bent rim. It's rideable and looks great though.

I purchased this bike with pretty high hopes, being my first purchase online to purchase for myself. Unfortunately in the first week the 3 speed control broke. I made an appointment at our local shop and had it repaired. Once repaired I went out for a ride. The bike was riding pretty good, then came a noise in the rear axle area. I contacted the shop again, the rear axle had bent. Sounds pretty crazy. I weigh 185, the rear rim was not damaged nor had a damaged tire. So I had it repaired and contacted Omibike. I supplied the receipts and was given a refund for the repairs made. Next I went for another ride. Another noise from the rear axle area. This was from bushing on the lower right side in the rear frame area, this is second hand information, but, my local shop said "make sure you are sitting while riding, the bike is not designed to stand while riding." This is something I've never been told by anyone. Upon contacting the seller we had issues with understanding what parts were needed, this was very frustrating, no parts can be found in the U.S. The bolt was found not properly tightened at the shop (3rd visit). It still has a noise. The rear axle is popping. The ball bearings have been changed, spokes checked, axle checked, rim balance checked. All is okay, No charge from the shop on the 3rd visit. With the virus outbreak this has taken over a month for this whole ordeal, which is very acceptable. I'm currently asking for a complete refund. With approximately 20 miles or less this has been a complete nightmare.

This is the second eurobike I have purchased for my son. These bikes are outstanding. We do not ride enough to justify a $1000.00+ for a bike but wanted something that would hold up to some occasional serious trail riding. We have not been disappointed. The break lever was broke upon unboxing but a couple of emails later , was replaced. The bikes are great to look at and well built. Absolutely the most for your money. Parts are easily upgradable also.

So the instructions are useless. It was merely 3 bad drawings. 2 where zoomed in shots of a bolt going in a hole, but couldn't really tell what it was for and the third was a drawings of the fully assembled bike, like I don't know what a bike looks like. 😳 So I threw away the instructions and figured it out. Well, it is made in China so we'll see if it lasts.

Bike is great at it's price. I especially like the part that it has dual suspension since a single suspension in the front is usually expensive, especially on E-Bikes. This bicycle offers both rear & front for half the price of a front suspension. The shifter also feels good. Usually I would have to downshift with a wheel & it is really uncomfortable, but this one has two levers on each side for + and - shift. Would really reccomend to those who want a simple but effecient and/or powerful bike. Thank you Eurobike!

A great MTB for the beginning enthusiast. I love how easy it is to switch between gears. I am a little on the bigger side but I am under the weight limit. The only down side for me was the seat. Started hurting after a hour riding so I switched to a bigger gel seat.

Don’t trust the sizes

Nice looking bike but poor quality control or poor transport.Rear wheel has major issues right out of the box. Rear axle is bent! Derailleur is misaligned.Since the rear wheel comes assembled I would have expected better.Assembly instructions poorly written, but that was not unexpected...just annoying.I just had the bike checked at a shop and was told that I should contact the seller about getting a whole rear wheel assembly with cartridge. (The bike shop could not do anything to help me).Not a good experience with this bike, so lesson learned.Added 3 stars for excellent customer serviceUpdate Sept 8 2020Just received a complete replacement wheel for free. Great service and an otherwise fine bike.

I like the bike cause it's easy to assemble, I do like the style...the only problem is the front derailleur/shifter it doesn't work, so I need to bring it to a bike shop and fix it...but the bike is good.

Bike is pretty decent for thw price , the only two issues I found were the stickers on the wheels.....not a huge issue but notice able . The main issue I found was with thw cheep shimano knock off brake/shifter combo. They are completely plastic and plastic gears inside . Loke a 20 dollar set you would find online. Of they went for metal real shinamo shifters for thw extra cost ide be much happier as one of my shifters was broken right out of the box . If shifters get replaced I will update my star count but as of right now it's a solid 3 .

According to the price, it can be a good option.
