I love this heating pad. It actually heats on the back of my neck, where I need it. Also appreciate the weight. Relaxing and helps with the pain in my shoulder as well

The heat level of it is great. I like that it has a timer and you can change heat level and amount of time you want it on. I also like that it’s weighted.

It workd as advertised, I have had mine for about a month. It also heats very quickly to temperature.

My only complaint is that it doesn't get as hot for my liking. Other than that, it's comfy, soft material, wraps around next comfortably. Just wish it was hotter in temp

Well it is a tad bit bulky. Does not sit smoothly on my shoulder . It is getting the job done with heat .

It was a 100-120Volt product. Was not clearly specified on the product advertisement. This is a safety issue which cannot be neglected. Singapore uses 220-240Volt. Other on line purchase platforms clearly specify the products power supply specs. In Amazon this was not done CLEARLY.
