Great journal for anxious attachments
I’ve so far made it to chapter 3 and it has already helped so many things that I’ve done in past relationships and in dating that finally make sense. It’s definitely helping me think through my past traumas and helping me understand why and how to work on it.

LIFE CHANGING!
I bought this book after my anxious attachment style ruined yet another relationship (found it through TikTok). This book has done more for me than years of therapy have! It is painful at times, but it truly makes you think and work through your past and childhood. It’s helped me find new ways of thinking and I have no doubt my next relationship will be drastically different because of this book!

Thoughtful prompts dig in to your psychology
This book was easy to get into and use. It is filled with prompts that will make you think---I wish there was more space to write because so many memories were unearthed!

Not the best quality
Finally received this book in the mail. I haven’t actually used it yet but the quality of the book is so bad. Each page is cropped terribly.Other than that, I’ve heard great things about this book so maybe I’ll submit an update on it a bit later.
