What everything should be, simple but effective. Works perfectly in my camper, a bit noisy but not an issue for me. I did purchase heavier tubing as the tubing with the pump was very thin and not quite long enough. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Works great no need for a cooler to plug in. The jug sits on my counter and I don't have to pay elec. for an other cooling appliance, jut put a container of water in the fridge.

First one I got leaked weird and they sent me the replacement before I could even get the old one sent back. The new one worked so well that I now own two of them. Very stylish compared to others and works great. We have two different types of 5 gallon bottles and it fit snug on one and lose on the other but it doesn't really effect how well it works. Long lasting rechargeable battery. I really have zero complaints so far. All these types of pumps are a little noisy but it's not that big of a deal.

The 5 Gallon Water Bottle Pump is a complete disappointment, plain and simple. Despite its name suggesting otherwise, this pump fails to fulfill its most basic function - fitting onto a standard 5-gallon water jug.I was optimistic when I purchased this pump, expecting a convenient solution for dispensing water from large jugs. However, upon attempting to attach it to my 5-gallon jug, I was met with frustration and disbelief as it simply wouldn't fit. It's mind-boggling how a product specifically designed for use with 5-gallon jugs could fail so spectacularly at its primary task.Save yourself the hassle and avoid this pump like the plague. It's nothing more than a waste of time and money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable solution for dispensing water from large jugs.
