This tortoise shell patterned material is well printed and looks good. It is firm, but flexible enough that it is easy to cut to shape with scissors. It has a clear removable overlay and 3M adhesive on back, making it easy to install. There was enough material for two pick guards.

Ok so I got it in time, price was alright and size is listed so I know it’s small to start with, Here is why I Gave 4 stars 1- the adhesive layer wasn’t covering the whole sheet, the edges weren’t covered and I had to cut them off and I believe I’ve read another review with the same problem. 2 - it’s very thick that effected the sound of my guitar, unfortunately it’s an old 60’s flamenco with cazed finish so taking the Golpe off Without damaging the finish is impossible. It’s looks nice though, good product

Nice clear easy to cut and out on Pick guard I cut it the way I need and stuck it on I would recommend this pcik gaurd good price shipped fast

Wanted a pickguard for this guitar but didn't want to have one custom made. Came across this and thought I'd give it a try. Item was listed for acoustic guitars but I came across reviews and pictures of using it on electric guitars. I had already made my template out of paper. I just used scissors to cut it out and used sandpaper around the edges for the finishing touch. I had read reviews so knew I could sand and these sheets were thicker than regular colors even though still thin. Just be aware if you use these to make your template outline on the color side of the paper! Don't use the back 3M side or your pickguard will not work, it will fit but on the OPPOSITE side you need. Also, it sticks well so make sure your placement is spot on the first time. Just take your time to do it right. Overall very pleased, relatively easy to do and saved myself some money and time.

Looks like a quality product but I have to return it because I thought it was pickguard material for an electric guitar

It's be great for Elton John or Liberace if they ever played guitar, but since I'm neither, I had to send back. Too garish for me. I thought it'd be a finer, 70's Cadillac-seat or bowling-ball type of metal flake, but nope.

Good deal - a bit thick as for guitar body..but ok

This was received before the date provided, so I was happy with that. I ordered the black and the dark tortoise shell. Both looked great. Used to make custom pickguard. Easy to get a good finished item with scissors and fine sandpaper for the edges. Backed with the 3M adhesive - VERY sticky, so exercise extreme focus when applying this!

Buen producto

No recomendable para guitarras, al menos no directo sobre la madera. No es transparente. Es demasiado grueso y además su pegamento es agresivo. Sin dudas, con el tiempo dañaría la laca de la guitarra y opté por retirarlo de inmediato.

This is just a print on some plastic. It's like getting laminate flooring where the wood is printed on. Or like buying marble tiles but they are just printed on.
