Beautiful Chandelier!
I needed a chandelier for my condo’s dining room, everything I liked was more than $500. I found this in Amazon that had a discount that day and because of moving, I had a 10% discount; so I ordered thinking if I don’t like it, I can always gift it.It came in a box within a box, very well packed and within 2-3 bs days. After the electrical was installed w no problem by a professional, I organized the crystals by number on the table, put the gloves on (don’t skip this part or you will have noticeable fingerprints and clean then while hanged is a pain) and followed the instructions. The graphic steps have the 4 type of crystals (balls) installed first, then the 1-2-3 types that should be installed at the end.Better to start from the middle out or you will fear that the weight will weigh too much on one side.Installing the balls is tricky, the round (key ring type hook) is small and will force you to take at least one glove off. Many tries later, two chip nails and a lot of aaarrhs, I finally got the hang of it w one glove on and the other off. Then I proceeded to hang the outside crystals, these have a hook type that you pass thru an indent opening and then you have to bend the back so they don’t fall off.Again, start from the middle out.The sides become naturally “sideways” so you have to turn the metal hook to make it look flush.I had forgotten to buy the lights, someone recommended warm type of lights, so I have to wait 2 bs days for them to arrive. The finished product is beautiful! The crystals really shine and prism is shown.I’ve gotten a lot of compliments! But most importantly, I love it! You will too for the price!

It’s absolutely gorgeous!
We got the chandelier up today and it’s absolutely beautiful. Before purchasing this chandelier, we read the reviews and some people said that they spend 5 hours to put it up. So we were expecting that the installation would be painful. But we decided to get it anyway because it looks so beautiful and the price is very reasonable. Yes, the installation is a little bit tricky especially when it comes to leveling the panel, but it wasn’t too bad. The instruction is aweful (just 2 pieces of paper), but you can figure it out. We have right tools like a drill, screws, anckers. We have 2 levels and that really helps. You better have studs on the ceilling where you want to put the chandelier. It’s pretty heavy because the chrystals are made of glass. There was no chrystals was missing. We even got an extra sphere, which we used to replace one sphere that we accidentally droped it and it got broken. All in all, we are very very happy with the purchase. Very worth the money.

Beautiful but tedious
Okay so I hired an electrician to wire it!! Needless to say he called for backup. Then it kicked both of their asses, so once they finally got it installed. I setup the crystals. TEDIOUS AND ANNOYING! And I broke a few, some came broken, but they didn’t send any extras (MOST COMPANIES DO). But in the result it’s beautiful and you can’t really tell im missing a few pieces. But I agree with the other reviewer, I used ONE glove because it was hard to attach the crystals with both.

Beautiful! but strongly recommend pro installation
The finished product is very beautiful, but we strongly recommend professional help with the installation (or a TON of patience and some band-aids). Contrary to the other reviewer's experience, all the necessary pieces were included in our shipment, including some extra crystals. A summary of our DIY experience is below. Pictures of it installed over our dining table are included. This took my handy husband about 5 hours to assemble and install (and I helped during the last hour). The directions, as the other reviewer mentioned, are garbage. We didn't think that the pieces that were provided to attach the fixture to the ceiling would provide adequate support; this thing weighs about as much as a small human when fully assembled and it needs to be supported by studs. But ultimately, we were able to work around that ourselves. The metal edges of the plate that attaches at the ceiling were incredibly sharp and he cut himself multiple times (it was tricky to always wear work gloves when working alone since that then made it was difficult to screw the nuts onto the bolts). Additionally, leveling the thing (which is important since its shape makes it obvious if it's not) was a nightmare. In the end, leveling it required some MacGyver-esque tweaking to get it (almost) right in three dimensions. The crystal pieces are attached one by one, by hand, with gloves to avoid fingerprints; we were provided with extra rectangular crystals (but no extra crystal spheres, and no extra crystal chain segments). One of the small chain segment crystals did break, shortening the length of that one piece about an inch, but it's not too noticeable (and I may still figure out a way to extend it to the right length). Our best advice is to be 100% sure that the electrical, ceiling mounting, and fixture leveling are all PERFECT prior to hanging any crystals since the added weight makes it very challenging to make changes to any of these things after the fact. The final product is quite beautiful and striking, even when the light is off in the daylight. We're excited to try it in the evening, but are waiting on the right light bulbs to arrive (recommend ordering those when you purchase the fixture). It definitely looks more expensive than it is. Seeing as how we plan to be in this house a long time and the price we paid for it compared to similar pieces (under $200), we're happy with it, even though the directions and installation design left much to be desired.
