Reasonable quality and good weight of archway
Putting together is reasonably simple DO NOT tighten any bolts until complete, this way will ensure bolt holes can be aligned. Once built tighten all the bolts also bear in mind its a good weight to move once built. Unfortunately, the reason for not giving it 5 stars was the quality of the paint finish which in my view is poor within days rust was showing through which now means I need to give it a coat of one of the metal paints available on the market. Also throw in the bin the stupid pegs they provide to peg it down these would not hold anything down what a waste of time and money well pence for what they are worth. If you want to peg it down this way I would suggest buying some decent camping pegs. I may have gone overboard here but I made some concrete round footings about 6 inch in diameter and bolted it down which meant I could get it really level, perhaps some small flags would be a reasonable idea to give it some stability. On the positives, its nicely designed, good weight of steel used welds appear good. However, it was a present for my wife and she loves the finished article.

Great looking Arch
I bought the arch in July 2018 I read other peoples reviews, but I have waited until now end of September to write the review. Let me first say I love the arch its just what I wanted, it has that Japanese garden style to it.I would have to agree with other points made by other reviewers. While assembling the arch there does seem to be a misalignment of screw holes making it difficult to tighten. I found WD 40 a great help, making it much easier to tighten up. The rust issue on the welded joints I had too! I contacted the suppliers asking were I could find gunmetal paint, like hammerite. They replied saying the light rusting didn't affect the strength of the arch and they couldn't tell me were I could get a paint match. After a lot of googling and research I found out that you can mix two Hamerite colours to make another. I bought a small tin of smooth Hammerite black & smooth white, and mixed them in a yogurt pot I didn't have to add much white to the black to get a perfect match for the gun metal.I hope this won't put you buying the arch as it looks great, and I said at the start I love the Arch and do not regret buying it.I hope my solutions will help.Steve R Shropshire

Lost stars for missing parts and the convoluted way to get replacements
The product was as described and in fact I had already viewed the same product in a local garden centre but for nearly twice the price, so I knew what to expect. The product was excellent value and was made from good quality metal. It was somewhat cumbersome to put together, but the main disappointment came when we realised that 3 integral parts to the build were missing. This didn't really become apparent until we had nearly completed the build as the number of parts were not listed in the accompanying sheet. This meant we ended up with a half built product (which was quite large) lying on the garden. Weirdly, instead of asking the manufacturer to send the missing parts, Amazon insisted on sending a complete new product, from which we were expected to remove the required parts, repack the parcel and then arrange for that parcel to be collected. As the parcel was very large, this was quite a palava to be honest and caused unnecessary hassle. However - I'm very happy with the product, so I will still give it a good rating.

Solid product
The customer service from Amazon was excellent as usual; however the customer service from Rowlinson was non-existent. After assembly the 2 side pieces were not parallel and bent inwards, so I called Rowlinson to ask for help. I rang many times and got not reply and then I eventually got through and was told to send in an email. I sent 2 emails to 2 email addresses explaining the issue and after a week received no reply. Amazon said to send the item back, but I gave the arch one more try. I reassembled the 2 side pieces and got them a little straighter and then when I fixed it to the ground, I embedded the legs in cement, making sure that I pulled the 2 side pieces a little apart before doing so. All in all it looks fine.

Strong, stylish, well made. Exactly what we were looking for.
This arch is beautiful. Wide enough so that it will be easy to walk through when the plants are established and very strong and well made. A two man job to assemble, but worth the time, and it looks fantastic now that it is in place. We are very very pleased with it. BUT, the smallest silliest pegs you can imagine. We thought they were allen keys when we unpacked. Definitely not made to secure anything this heavy. We made our own pegs and the arch will now withstand a hurricane.

Good, but slightly disappointed.
Easy to assemble - good, solid, heavy, well aligned. Why not 5 stars? A few of the welds (I found 3) left small holes, through which rain can get inside. I feat this will speed rusting. After a few weeks in the weather , there are already a few areas of light rusting. I think this will outlast my earlier purchase of a cheap thin tube arch, but for a little extra effort, this could have been properly sealed and better coated, so slightly disappointed I'm afraid.

Wrenbury Arch Looks Good
The Wrenbury Arch looks good and came with all the necessary assembly parts and some instructions. As to lasting quality I must wait and see, but it looks well finished and I am hopeful. I did have problems with the assembly, which were in two categories: Tolerances in the screw fixing and the method of securing to the ground. Tolerance problems made it difficult to get some screws fully engaged and in one case it was impossible and I left that particular screw out. The short ground fixing pegs did not hold in well cultivated soil and in the end I cemented the feet in. The sparse assembly instructions did not help me with either problem.
