great and gets the job done for what i need it for
I bought this as a secondary laptop. I looked at multiple sources about their experience with this laptop and saw a lot of mixed reviews, some stating that this died on them within a couple months of purchase. I've had this for about 4 months and it's still running great. I have not noticed any glitches or weird changes. But I guess the longevity of this laptop also depends on what you use it for. I use this mainly for school work, accessing Microsoft office applications. I stream movies and access social media too, just the basics. I don't game on this or run complicated applications. It is small, lightweight and easy to take places. Perfect for travel. The battery is relatively good for what I use this laptop for. It lasts me about 3-5 hours, depending on how many tabs I have open and the screen brightness level. Charge time is around an hour or so. The bottom does get a little warm but I think that's pretty typical for all laptops. I have not had it get hot on me yet. The keyboard takes a little getting used to but once you get used to it, it's easy to type.

Small footprint, usable lighted keyboard, responsive performance, weak battery
I've been toting this for quite a while. The footprint on this is exactly what I wanted. I run generic Debian Linux, required a few minor tweaks around the kernel/drivers for the N100/Realtek/Sound/Wifi, mostly now functional without downloading a more functional kernel. USB-C connectors both work as charge/hub, after several months neither seem overly robust, I'll probably pull the back and see if the board is replaceable, find-able, the connections are somewhat loose. This should be re-engineered.Rubber feet on the bottom are abysmal. Super-glue gel seems to hold better, but I have two I cannot find. I managed to trim / sand down some material to get something on the front feet recesses. Can't fold over if too tall, no feet vents can't breathe. This should be re-engineered.Effing display defaults to portrait, which is annoying as heck. My 11" N4000ish that is very similar does not have this problem. It isn't huge, but creates interesting dynamics when docked to another display. I like the extra vertical real estate (rotated to 1920x1200) 16:10 vs 16:9, but I use text mode not infrequently, requires a dance with external displays.I was unable to get two 4K monitors. functional. I don't really like small 4K monitors, you can't read them but I sit at a desk with two 20" on the dock. Can get it to run 1 at 3840 and one at 1920. Could just be the linux drivers. I Normally run a 2560x1600 standalone. The battery under linux has improved from abysmal to tolerable. I keep a 25K power bank in my bag now, but I can now get 3-4 hours out of video out of a charge, kind of my tolerance threshold. The performance of this laptop over the 11" N4K broke past the annoyance barrier. Phono plug is a nice feature, and Once the various N100 drivers got stable I spend more time on this machine than any other I own. The biggest improvements I would want is Battery Life. Then use a more robust USB-C connector. I can live with the rest of it, but more RAM and a landscape display would be icing on the cake.

Better than it has any business being at this price point
Was waiting a long time on the Framework 12 and it gave me a lot of time to think about my needs, so I canceled the order and gave this laptop a chance. I've been pleasantly surprised how good this machine, especially for the price. Immediately installed Bazzite Linux on it when I got it. I don't know how Windows runs, but Linux is solid. Performance is decent. I use it for playing videos, web browsing, light productivity, and some gaming. Vampire Survivors and Balatro run well. Not sure how well 3D games run but I have a desktop for that. On the KDE Wayland desktop, the screen rotation didn't work on install but it did after update. Keyboard and mouse don't turn off in tablet mode, but I don't use it like that anyway -- laptop or tent mode only.Build: solidCamera: OKMic: a bit muffledScreen: good, seems to be only 50 Hz (might be a Linux issue?)Keyboard: feels fine, no issues typing on itPorts: either one works for power, USB drives, or video out (seems to have no audio pass-through, though, so I bought an audio cable for when I hook it up to my TV and soundbar)Noise: quiet even when fan is going (using balanced mode)Hardinfo2 Benchmarks - surprisingly good (* for this computer)SysBench CPU (Single-thread)Intel Core i5-1340P 8x 4600.00 MHz + 8x 3400.00 MHz 2920.07*Intel N150 4x 3600.00 MHz 2833.56Intel Core i5-11260H 12x 4400.00 MHz 2734.93SysBench CPU (Multi-thread)Intel Core i7-9750H 12x 2600.00 MHz 9802.64*Intel N150 4x 3600.00 MHz 9709.70Intel Core i7-8750H 12x 4100.00 MHz 9706.37GPU OpenGL DrawingNVidia GeForce GTX 660M 643.25Intel Alder Lake-N 632.38*Mesa Intel Graphics 618.09AMD Radeon Vega 3 570.29Storage R/W SpeedSamsung APPLE SSD SM0256G 895.75Micron 2200S NVMe 1024GB 861.79Kingston SKC3000S1024G 857.76*longsys AirDisk 512GB SSD 831.54Kingston RBUSNS8154P3512GJ1 826.35TOSHIBA THNSN5256GPU7 TOSHIBA 818.46

Awesome tiny laptop
This thing is so small, but runs really well. You're not gonna play any graphics intensive games, but I run Parsec on it to play my games remotely and it works like a dream. OS is snappy, the screen looks bright and crisp, the keyboard feels good. I will say the touchpad doesn't physically click as well as I'd like, but otherwise works perfectly fine. I even tried connecting my Rokid Max AR glasses through the USB-C port, and it drives/powers the display perfectly with just the single cable, no HDMI dongles required! Great value for a super-portable metal-body Windows laptop.
