Works great
I buy these patches for my sister’s knees. She says they work better than any other patches she has used. Can feel the difference immediately upon putting them on. And she likes the smell.

Seems to work. I notice I can walk better and don't have the pain I had before applying the knee patch.

Not sticky enough to benefit thru the day
Didn't stay on my knees more than 2 hours... did have some relief but felt that they should have been able to stay on longer considering the clips they show
