It's a good supplement but the ratio of copper to zinc could result in you depleting copper if you high dose with this. I would look at copper and read "The Copper Revolution" by Jason Hommel. Eye opening.

Have been taking Zinc for some time as a support for my bone loss. This product appears superior to some by way of it's purity, as many competitors add unnecessary ingredients to their supplements?
