Arived with many broken parts. Very comfortable.
I waited for over a year to write this review to get a good handle on this before writing a review. First of all, the box was badly mangled when it arrived and there was a bunch of splintered pieces of black plastic in the bottom of the box. Still not exactly sure where they came from. The chair itself is extremely comfortable as along as it lasted. The lower back support panel snapped out just recently. I tried to get a replacement part - it's been just over 12 months so I figured I'd have to buy it. Amazon for some reason refuses to let my email go through to the seller, so I'll have to come up with another strategy. I'm certainly not going to throw out a $680 chair. The bracket that holds the back support is very cheap and brittle ABS plastic about 1/8" thick. The chair seems to be mostly made of brittle abs - I'm assuming that's where there were shards of plastic in the box. The chair is VERY comfortable though. If this was a $150 chair from staples, I probably wouldn't be bitching about it, but that's not the case.

Extremely comfortable chair!
Let me start by saying this chair has been one of the finest quality chairs I have experienced. Not only is the comfort superior, but really stands out in the office. The customer support staff were very attentive to upholding the warranty when I had an issue with the lumbar section of the seat. Rest assured that you will not regret this purchase. I certainly plan to be a lifetime buyer of this brand of chair. The leather is high quality as well and very smooth.

I THINK this is a good chair.
I may need to update my review, as this is only my 2nd day with the chair.OUT OF THE BOXDirections are folded in a little square stuck in a little pocket under the seat piece. Not hard to put together, but this is a heavy chair. Disappointed with the color as it is more creamy colored than white (which would have fit my office better).FIRST DAYMy body completely retaliated against the way it makes me sit. However, I believe that is the point. I was sitting in a cheap executive desk chair with no ergonomic considerations whatsoever. Suffering from pain across my upper back, shoulders and neck. I sit for a living as a graphic designer... so this has been a bad habit for way too long. As the day progressed. I felt my shoulders relaxing, my neck popping into place and my posture correcting. The chair got more comfortable as the day went on.PROSSeat depth, seat height, arm rests, seat tilt, back height, back recline and head rest are easily adjustable. Good quality leather material. Deep reclining if you wish... could take a nap if you really wanted. I "think" it will get more and more comfortable. Firm seat for proper sitting. (If you insist on slouching you will not find this chair to be comfortable).CONSDo wish I had more control over the lumbar support... that being said - I find it to hit me in the right place. Not as "pretty" as others have claimed and as I said, I don't like the "white" as it is more cream.OTHERI am 5'5" and 125 LBs... I would say that the arm width is a bit wide for me and am finding myself not using the arm rests. Don't know if that is bad or good. The arms rest do pivot in and maybe that will help.SUMMARY UPDATEFor those who said the seat was hard and hurting their rear... adjusting the seat to move forward a bit, so that more of your weight is on the back of your thighs instead of your tailbone area REALLY helps!
