Well, it definitely works as a laxative. The taste was very mild, especially when I added some honey to it. Around 4 hours after drinking it, the stomach cramps hit and it did its job very efficiently. Definitely start with maybe a half serving of leaves if it's your first time trying this tea because it was pretty unpleasant.

First off, I'm not qualified to scientifically comment on the health benefit of senna, which claims to help with constipation and weight loss. I tried the product in the tea form, following the instruction on the package. The taste was very mild and the color was light yellow. I did not add any other flavoring in the tea. The bag is resealable to keep freshness. They are very generous in the portion so the bag will last a very long time, making this a very great value for the money.

Seems like a trusted manufacturer and had enough info about it for me to feel safe with it. Tastes good and seems fresh. Comes well sealed in an airtight preserved package. Good option for pure senna tea.

I wish the brand put them in larger bag. They generously put the senna leaf in this small bag, so once you tear the top you'd have to use a great amount of it, or the leaves overflow and you wouldn't be able to close the bag by using the sealing.The senna leaves themselves works just fine though. I tried several tea including senna leaves, but I didn't like the spices they use. On the other hand, this product is just senna leaf and works just as it's supposed to be but not harsh way. So I recommend trying it, but do prepare something you can store the leaves.
