Best bang for your buck
This is by far the best aftermarket head unit for the money. It’s very responsive easy to use and fairly easy to install. Customer service was excellent! If you’re looking for a radio for your Hyundai Veloster This one is highly recommended by me !

No audio and no help.
Bought for my 2016 Veloster as the OEM touch screen was shot. Wasn’t able to get my radio out for a while, so RIP my hopes of returning when I found it to have no audio on install, and barely anything for instructions. Not sure why or how, but the unit basically bricked itself after attempting to power on, running some kind of diagnostic that would never end, and even decided to turn on when the vehicle was completely off. I’ve installed radios before, even have education with automotive wiring, but this product was nothing but manufactured e-waste. Customer service doesn’t exist, you’re on your own. Made for an expensive but satisfying frisbee at least!

Great price! Great customer service!
Great replacement for our son’s factory stereo in his 2013 Hyundai Veloster. We found that he needed an adapter because he has a factory amp. We contacted the seller and the response was great! They had us send pictures off the back of the stereo so they could send us the correct adapter, no charge! Great unit and does everything we wanted!

Best value and appearance for the Veloster
This is a amazing value, be sure if you have the amplifier you let them know to send Canbus or will not work. They sent to me for free and works great, including all steering wheel functions, etc.

This stereo is not functional in a veloster
I purchased this stereo along with the canbus for my 2013 Veloster because the touch screen on my stock stereo doesn't respond. I read the reviews that said I needed a canbus, so I selected this one so that I could get the canbus from the same company thinking that it would increase the compatibility. The stereo it self seems nice enough. It does have issues connecting to my android phone wirelessly. It will connect on it's own sometimes and at other times, it can't seem to connect at all, even though my phone seems to think it's connected through bluetooth. I have some experience installing stereos in cars. I'm not an professional, but I've hardwired stereos before. I thought I would be able to figure this one out, and I was very wrong. First off, this stereo comes with not directions for connecting to your car. The harness seems plug and play, but there there are a bunch of wires that don't connect to anything. I contacted the seller, but unlike the other reviewers, I found that their response was less than great. They respond once every 24 hours which, when you're having issues, isn't ideal. At first the sound wouldn't work, the rep said to connect two totally unrelated RCA cables which did get the sound going, but has a low pitched whining noise indicating that something wasn't grounded correctly. It took me some time to figure out how to get the canbus to work properly and I couldn't find my car in the system. The directions the rep gave me didn't make sense for this stereo. He/she told me to go to a menu that didn't exist on the system. I finally figured out that I had to do a sort of internet update on it, and was able to get my car to talk to the system, but it still didn't fix the issues. One of the biggest frustrations was the reverse cam. After plugging in the wires, it couldn't seem to communicate the backup protocol to the unit to switch on the reverse cam. Again the directions from the rep wasn't helpful. Finally, after a couple of weeks of messing with this system, I decided to try and hardwire the speakers into my car to get the sound to work properly. The diagrams for the Veloster stereo online all seem to be incorrect. They claim that there are wires where their aren't any. As I was disconnecting the head unit to try and figure out what wires might lead to the speakers, I noticed a couple of wires that were supposed to plug into the harness in the back had come off. Finally I decided to just pull the system and reinstall my old one even without the touchscreen. At least my backup cam will work and I won't have that annoying feedback from the speakers. If you're going to buy this stereo, make sure you are a professional stereo installer or will take it to one to get it installed. Even if you do that, you may still be disappointed in what you get.
